John Jones, son of Lodowick John and Margaret Evan, was christened June 2, 1782 in Aberdare, Glamorganshire, South Wales.  John Jones married Ann David October 29, 1804 in Aberdare, Glamorganshire, South Wales.  Ann David, daughter of Thomas David and Jane John was born about 1784 in Aberdare, Glamorganshire, South Wales. 

Together, they had five children named Margaret, Ann, Thomas, Lotwick and Mary.

John Jones died September 30, 1850 in Aberdare, Glamorganshire, South Wales.
